How did I end up here and how did I learn about Grenfell?
I lived in Belize for some time and MUN does a lot of recruiting at the high schools and junior colleges including mine. I came because it had the cheapest tuition and was convenient for my parents budget.
What has been your favourite thing about living in Newfoundland and studying at Grenfell?
What I like about living here is the close community and the benefits of studying at a small campus, for example the small classroom sizes. There are many ways to get involved on campus and in the community
What has been the hardest part about being away from home?
The hardest part has been the cost of living and access to some of my favourite food and seasoning. Surprisingly, I like the snow on most days although I miss the sunny weather in Belize.
