Student Housing Application
Applications received after the deadline will be processed once all other applications have been reviewed. Students are required to pay a $20 non-refundable application fee to complete their Student Housing applications. Upon receiving an Offer of Accommodations, students will have a three week period to pay a $500 confirmation fee to reserve their booking for the Fall semester. There are no confirmation fees required for Winter semester acceptances.
Please note that all of our correspondence is sent by email - students are expected to check the email address that they applied with regularly.
Deadlines: March 1st for Fall semester; December 14th for Winter semester
Alternative Housing Options
Student Housing offers a limited number of single/bachelor units for those students who have documented medical concerns or accessibility requirements that require alternative living arrangements. Students are required to complete the Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus form and ensure all relevant documentation is provided. Steps to successfully apply for alternative housing:
- Complete the Student Housing application (link above) and pay the $20 non-refundable application fee.
- Complete the Application for Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus and submit this application by fax, email or by dropping the form off to the Learning Centre at Grenfell Campus.
- Upon receiving an Offer of Accommodations, students will have a three week period to pay a $500 confirmation fee to reserve their booking for the Fall semester.
