Deadlines: 

First year students – March 1st for Fall semester

Returning students – March 31st for Fall semester

Winter, Intersession, & Spring semester – First come, first served, based on availability


How to Successfully Apply for Grenfell Campus Student Housing

  1. Click here to complete the Student Housing application form.
  2. Be sure to pay the $20.00 non-refundable application fee.
  3. All of our correspondence is sent to the email address you apply with. Ensure you check the email address you apply with.
  4. Upon receiving your Offer of Accommodations you will have a three (3) week period to pay the $500 confirmation fee to reserve your room space for the Fall semester. There are no confirmation fees required for the Winter or Spring semesters.
 

 

Alternative Housing Options

Student Housing offers a limited number of single/bachelor units for those students who have documented medical concerns or accessibility requirements that require alternative living arrangements. Students are required to complete the Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus form and ensure all relevant documentation is provided. Steps to successfully apply for Alternative Housing:

  1. Complete the Student Housing application (link above) and pay the $20 non-refundable application fee.
  2. Complete the Application for Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus and submit this application by fax, email or by dropping the form off to the Learning Centre at Grenfell Campus.
  3. Upon receiving an Offer of Accommodations, students will have a three-week period to pay a $500 confirmation fee to reserve their booking for the Fall semester. 


Steps to successfully apply for a Service and Support Animal:

  1. Complete the Student Housing application (link above) and pay the $20 non-refundable application fee.
  2. Review the following document - Guidelines for Service and Support Animals Within Student Housing.
  3. Submit supporting documentation to Accessibility Centre and Education Support (ACES).
  4. Upon receiving an Offer of Accommodations, students will have a three-week period to pay a $500 confirmation fee to reserve  theirbooking for the Fall semester.

* Please note that the deadline to submit an application for Service and Support Animals is June 15. 

** Applications will not be accepted mid-semester or the Winter semester due to logistical reasons.
