Health Services at Memorial University have developed an interactive online health and wellness magazine. New issues are released monthly and focus on a variety of topics, such as fitness, nutrition, budgeting, academic success and relationship advice. Student Health 101 is an interactive online health and wellness magazine
that is directed toward university students. It focuses on a variety of
topics, such as fitness, nutrition, budgeting, academic success and
relationship advise. The newsletter was first purchased at Memorial
University in September 2008 and has been distributed monthly since then
by the Wellness Program.
