Culture-to-community Educational Outreach Program
Culture-to-Community program is aimed at promoting cultural awareness, sensitivity, and respect for all individuals in Newfoundland and Labrador by promoting Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (EDIAR).
The Culture-to-Community program links students from kindergarten to grade 12 in Newfoundland with students at Grenfell Campus, MUN. This program seeks to bring different perspectives into schools and communities in Newfoundland and Labrador and counts in your co-curricular record.
Would you like to visit a school in Newfoundland and Labrador to share your experiences with EDIAR?
We are currently accepting applications from students who would like to volunteer and visit schools to participate in a sharing circle, an equity activity, and unique crafts in which participants will be able to interact with students from K-12.

Are you a teacher? Do you have a curriculum outcome that we can help with?
Student volunteers from Grenfell Campus could come to your school to share their EDIAR experiences with your class.
We are receiving and processing applications for schools as they come in. This program will run until March 31, 2024.
