Challenging situations that warrant engaging in a tough conversation with an employee or colleague occur in every workplace. This module will guide you through situations such as providing difficult feedback on performance, exploring sensitives issue around attitude or behavior, and delivering unwelcome news. Learn to prepare for and manage difficult conversations, recognize and manage triggers in yourself and others, and minimize escalation.
