Customized Programs

English as a Second Language

Memorial University of Newfoundland's Grenfell Campus also creates customized programs for groups. These programs can be tailored to meet the needs of specific groups, and are typically conducted in the Spring and Summer months. In the past, we have created tailored programs to focus on business English and community work placements; English conversation; and Canadian/Newfoundland culture. These courses combine classroom language and culture instruction with programming and activities which provide opportunities to use English outside of the classroom while enjoying western Newfoundland's unique culture and inspiring natural surroundings.
