Your Memorial transcript is the complete record of your academic history at the university. There are two types of transcripts available:
Official Transcripts are released directly from the Office of the Registrar at Memorial University, and have the signature of the Registrar. You can request a printed copy of your official transcript online using Memorial Self Service. (Click on 'Academic Information Menu' and then 'Request Official Transcript'.) There is a $10 fee for each Official Transcript which can be paid with credit card via self service. Most transcript requests are processed within two working days. Please note that Memorial does not issue transcripts as facsimiles or as attachments to e-mail messages.
An unofficial transcript provides the same student information as an official transcript; however, the document does not have the signature of the Registrar. Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded or printed through Memorial Self Service. (Click on 'Academic Information Menu' and then 'Generate Unofficial Transcript PDF'.)
