Important Update on Convocation Fall 2021
Memorial University’s fall 2021 convocation ceremonies will proceed in person this fall at the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John’s.
The fall ceremonies will not include students who graduated in spring 2020, fall 2020 or spring 2021. Planning is underway for separate ceremonies for those graduates to be held in 2022 and more information will be shared as it becomes available.
Students will automatically be assigned to graduate at Fall Convocation in St. John’s and their degrees will be conferred on Thursday, Oct. 21, and Friday, Oct. 22, or mailed out after that to those who do not attend the St. John’s ceremony. Graduands will be able to register via Memorial Self-Service in early September. A separate announcement will be issued when registration is open.
Grenfell Campus grads are eligible to participate in Spring Convocation ceremony in Corner Brook on May 19, 2022. For further information on how to apply to graduate, please visit the Registrar’s Office website.
