The Grenfell website is a powerful marketing and communications tool.
The website was redesigned and launched the winter of 2016 in order to better reflect the goals and strategies of the campus. The website plays an integral role in communicating our brand and it should demonstrate who we are through vibrant colours and brash imagery.
Grenfell Web Standards
The Grenfell Web Standards reflect the new design and outlines the standards for the development and maintenance of all information, resources, visuals, and services accessed with a web browser. As part of our branding strategy it is expected that all administrative offices utilize the Grenfell web identity in order to provide consistency of look and image for the campus. A cohesive and coordinated approach to representing our brand increases our effectiveness in attracting and retaining students, faculty, staff, and partnerships. It also instills confidence in the broader community and provides a solid foundation upon which our community-based programming can be built.
Our team will examine strategies for making the most effective use of the web, focusing on innovation and user satisfaction. We encourage contributing units (programs, departments, offices) to maintain accurate, timely, and effective web pages that are aligned with the Grenfell Web Standards.
Content management and development
Our team will work one-on-one with various units to help and provide support in developing effective content on their respective web pages. Various resources, consultation and training can also be provided upon request. All requests will be completed according to priority and workload.
